# I need to transfer my eSIM to a different phone

To transfer your eSIM to a new phone, we’ll need to issue you with an updated QR code to scan from your new device. 

To request an updated QR code, please email [**__support@meaningfulplanet.co.uk__**](mailto:support@meaningfulplanet.co.uk) with the following info:

* Name 
* Email address associated with your account
* When you need your QR code 

We can typically generate an updated QR code within 1-2 hours if we receive your email between 8am and 5pm, Mon - Fri
