# What happens if there's an issue with my number transfer?

Numbers are successfully transferred without issue in 99% of cases – but occasionally the process can hit a snag.

If this happens, you'll be alerted in MILO – and our team will also be notified, so we can work on resolving the issue with our infrastructure partners as a priority.
