Can I change the user of a SIM?

Yes – this can also be done in the SIM Management section.


If a SIM is moving from one colleague to another, make sure the new owner has been added as a user in MILO (in the User Management section). You can then navigate to SIM Management, find the relevant SIM, and use the Actions button to assign it to the new user.
