Can I have multiple plans on one account?
Yes - if you'd like multiple personal plans on a single account or bill (typically for yourself and any family members), you can do this once you've purchased your first SIM plan. Here's how it works:
- Once you've purchased your plan, you'll receive email confirmation - which will include a link to create an account by setting a password
- When you've set your password and logged into your account, there is an option that says Purchase a new SIM plan
- Click Purchase a new SIM plan and you'll be taken through the same journey as you were when you purchased your original plan. Please follow these steps again to complete an additional purchase of the other plan you'd like
- Repeat this process until you've purchased the number of plans you need on your account
If you're an existing Meaningful Planet customer looking to add more plans to your account, please ensure you log in and select the new SIM plan option from your account itself before purchasing.
