Can I move an eSIM from one device to another?

Yes. Simply raise a Support ticket letting us know the phone number of the eSIM you'd like to move, and the date you'd like to do it.


We'll then share an updated QR code with you on that date, which can be used to download and install the eSIM on a different device.
