Can I upgrade a SIM mid-contract?
Yes – you can do this in the Subscription & Billing section by selecting the relevant subscription and clicking Upgrade for the SIM(s) you'd like to upgrade.
If you're looking to upgrade all your SIMs in one go, it may be quicker to raise this with Support or your Account Manager, who can process it for you in the background.
