How can I stop calls automatically forwarding to voicemail?

If inbound calls are automatically forwarding to your voicemail, it's likely a result of the Call Forwarding settings on your phone.

You can check the configuration by opening your Phone app, looking for the Call Forwarding option and toggling the scenarios when you would (and would not) like calls to forward to your voicemail.

Some Android phones that use the Google Phone app don't always make this option readily available. In this instance, you can dial ##002# from your dial pad and hit call. You'll then receive a message that says Call forwarding successfully erased.

Note: When you erase call forwarding rules, no calls will be diverted to your Voicemail - even if your phone is off, or you're busy. To reverse this, please review the settings on your phone - or contact [email protected] if you're having issues activating your Voicemail.
