You’ll receive your unique QR code via email within 5–10 minutes

Follow the steps below to scan and activate your eSIM

📲 Installing your eSIM on Motorola Razr

Once you’ve got your QR code and an internet connection:

Open Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network > Advanced > Carrier

Tap Add carrier

Use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code

Your eSIM will begin downloading automatically

Once installed, you're connected – and helping restore UK wildlife with every text and call.

🛠 Issues with scanning?

If your QR code is damaged or your camera isn’t working, manual setup unfortunately isn’t supported on the Motorola Razr.

🔒 Lost your phone or deleted your eSIM?

If your device is lost or stolen, let us know straight away so we can secure your account.

If you’ve deleted your eSIM, your plan is still active – we’ll simply resend your QR code so you can download it again.
