What should team members do when they have an issue?

As a first port of call, we'd encourage team members to contact whoever manages your business's MILO subscription and SIM configuration – you'll find that most answers can be found directly in the platform.


If you can't find what you need in our support documentation, MILO administrators can request support on their users' behalf through any of the following channels:

  • Live chat (9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday)
