Can I cancel a business SIM I'm not using?
If one or more of your business SIMs is not required for the foreseeable future, you can use the Pause function to reduce the cost of each unused SIM plan to £2.00 p / month. This will schedule the SIM to be paused from the start of the next calendar month - and will be reflected on your bill.
While a SIM is paused, it will not have access to data, voice, or messaging services - but can be reactivated at any time. More information can be found here.
How do I pause a SIM?
To pause a SIM, just follow these simple steps:
- Navigate to SIM Management in your account
- Find the SIM(s) you'd like to pause
- Click the three action dots linked to that SIM and select Pause SIM
