How do I transfer my number to Meaningful Planet?

Switching your number can be done from your phone, with a simple text to your existing provider before following the steps in your Meaningful Planet account. Here's how -

1. Get your PAC code

• Text 'PAC' to 65075 from the phone number you'd like to keep
• You'll get a text back with your code
• Your PAC will be valid for 30 days

2. Give us your PAC

• Once you've bought your Meaningful Planet SIM and it's ready, activate your SIM in your account
• Click 'Transfer my number' (it can take up to 30 minutes after you've activated your SIM for this option to appear, just while the network synchronises)
• Enter your PAC, the number you want to transfer to Meaningful Planet - and the date you want the number to transfer

3. We'll handle the rest

• The transfer can be processed the next working day if submitted before 3pm
• Your number will continue to work on its original SIM in the meantime
• We'll move your number to your Meaningful Planet SIM in the background
• We'll text you when it's done
