Samsung Galaxy eSIM Setup Guide

Here’s how to get your Samsung Galaxy connected to Meaningful Planet – fast, secure, and plastic-free.

💡 What’s an eSIM?

An eSIM (short for "embedded SIM") is a digital version of a traditional SIM card. It’s built into your phone – no need to insert anything. Just scan a QR code and you’re ready to go.

It’s secure, plastic-free, and perfect if you want to cut down on waste without compromising on connectivity.

🛒 How to get your eSIM

Choose your plan at meaningfulplanet.co.uk/plans

Select eSIM at checkout

We’ll email your QR code within 5–10 minutes

Follow the instructions in the email to scan and install your eSIM

You’ll be connected in no time – and every call or text will help restore UK nature.

📲 Installing your eSIM on a Samsung Galaxy device

Once you’ve received your QR code:

Go to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager

Tap Add mobile plan

Select Add using QR code, then scan the code from your email

Tap Register, then OK to confirm

Your eSIM will activate within a few minutes

📌 Tip: Your Galaxy phone will handle the scan automatically – no extra app needed.

🔄 Switching from a physical SIM?

You can move your number to Meaningful Planet during checkout or setup.
If you're already using a physical SIM, you can swap to our eSIM and use it as your main SIM – no need to manage two.

🧠 Which Samsung Galaxy models support eSIM?

These Galaxy devices are all eSIM-compatible:

S Series: S20 / S21 / S22 / S23 / S24 (and all + and Ultra models)

Z Series: Z Flip (all models) and Z Fold (all models)

Others: Galaxy A55 5G, Galaxy XCover 7, Note20 / Note20 Ultra

If your device is Dual SIM, you can also add a second number – for example, one for work, one for personal – but using just one SIM keeps things simple.

🔒 Lost your device or deleted your eSIM?

If your phone is lost or stolen, get in touch straight away so we can protect your account.

If you’ve deleted your eSIM by accident, don’t worry – your plan is still active. We’ll send you a new QR code linked to your existing eSIM so you can re-download it.
