How does billing work for your service?
Your monthly bill is generated on your billing date and includes your plan charges for the upcoming month. We'll notify you by email when your bill is ready, and you can view it immediately in your online account or mobile app. If you've set up Direct Debit or automatic card payments, the amount will be collected on your payment due date.
