  • What happens if I go over my monthly mobile data allowance?
    If you exceed your monthly mobile data allowance, data access will be blocked until the start of the next billing cycle. We'll notify you when you're nearing your data limit and again when it's fully consumed. At that point, you have two options: wait until the next billing cycle for your allowance to reset or purchase a data bolt-on to supplement your current allowance.
