If inbound calls are automatically forwarding to your voicemail, it's likely a result of the Call Forwarding settings on your phone. You can check the configuration by opening your Phone app, looking for the Call Forwarding option and toggling the scenarios when you would (and would not) like calls to forward to your voicemail.
